Revocation
Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (headstart GmbH, Leonsteinerweg 11a, 4592 Leonstein, Austria, office@headstart.at, Phone: 43758440900) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must repay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their sealing has been removed after delivery.
